I started in 1988 as a trainee negotiator and was running my own multi-office network in the South West by the mid-1990s. I helped UK families buy in Spain through the 2000s, then opened an agency in Dubai working alongside OMNIYAT and EMAAR.
I’m back in the UK now, based in Scarisbrick in West Lancashire with my wife and two rescue dogs. The book I take on is deliberately small — premium and luxury homes from £800k upwards. I handle every step myself: appraisal, viewings, negotiation, sale progression, key handover.
No outsourcing, no junior handover. Seven days a week, including evenings and bank holidays, by phone or WhatsApp.

From a trainee negotiator in 1988 to a self-employed eXp Luxury agent in 2025 — by way of the Costa Blanca South and Downtown Dubai.

1988 — 2000 United Kingdom
Trainee negotiator → senior branch manager → own multi-office South West network. Foundations laid in independent agency.

2000s Spain
Costa Blanca South agency, helping UK nationals invest abroad. Cross-border conveyancing, NIE numbers, currency hedging — the practical mechanics of an international sale.

2010s Dubai
Established a brokerage working alongside OMNIYAT, EMAAR and other prestige developers. Off-plan luxury at scale — and the global buyer profile that comes with it.

2020 — present North West, UK
Returned to Scarisbrick. Partnered with eXp Luxury in 2024 to cover Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire — the patch I grew up working.

Seven days a week, evenings and bank holidays included. Phone is fastest, WhatsApp is fine. I reply the same day — usually the same hour.
